Slow Cooker Tortilla Soup (GF)

Smoky, hearty, zesty, and with a little hint of heat! This Slow Cooker Tortilla soup has ALL THE FLAVORS!  It's filled with pinto and black beans, golden hominy, mexi-corn, mild chile peppers, and fire-roasted tomatoes. Add this soup, and a whole or cubed chicken breast to your slow cooker, then walk away....  Come back later, shred the chicken, top with sour cream, tortilla chips, and avocado slices, and dinner is served!
