OUR STORY

Hi, I'm Kaari! For over a decade, I have been sharpening my skills as a "freezer foodie". My background includes experience as a Family & Consumer Sciences (aka Home Economics) teacher, Recipe Developer for a freezer cooking website, and Cooking Class Instructor for a local boutique kitchen shop. I live in Bismarck, ND with my husband Jeff, three awesome kids, and our crazy dog, Griffey. My husband and I firmly believe that families who prioritize sitting down to eat together at mealtime are healthier families overall. But life gets busy, right?! In an effort to streamline my own family meal planning and prep, I've developed a system to efficiently fill the freezer with delicious meals to be used over the weeks and months to come.
