This cheesy, crunchy potato casserole makes a great addition to any dinner table. It's loaded with potatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, cheese, sour cream, and homemade cream of chicken soup (no canned stuff here!), then topped with a crispy fried onion topping. Decadent and delicous!
